David & Kathy Siegel

David & Kathy Siegel have been transforming homes for over 20 years. They began renovating houses in 1996 and found their paired intuitive knowledge of the North Atlanta market and unique design style created a sought after product in their homes. Since their first home re-model sold, they have been involved in dozens of major renovations and new home builds in both the custom home and speculative markets. David offers his business sense and positive relationships with vendors and sub-contractors which make him a desired customer in the local industry. Kathy brings her singular talents for clean lined spacial planning and trend-setting yet classic design. She endeavors to create homes that work for and reflect each family’s unique needs and personality.

David and Kathy both grew up in the North Atlanta area, have been married for 25 years and have three children.

Caleb Rhodes

Caleb Rhodes is Siegel Construction & Design’s chief general contractor. Caleb’s passion for building and design began at an early age when he trained under the leadership of James Rhodes in their family business, Rhodes Design Group, Inc., a commercial design/build firm. He studied Construction Management at Clemson University and started his career building high-end homes in North Atlanta in 2004. Caleb’s strengths are his emphasis on great customer service and personalized details. As a Licensed Residential Contractor in the state of Georgia, Caleb has furthered his knowledge for creating homes that are innovative in style and healthier for the homeowner and environment with his additional certification as an Earthcraft Builder. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

Lisa Perlin

Lisa Perlin is Siegel Construction & Design’s operating and business manager. Lisa interfaces with clients on budgeting, cost changes, and financing as well as maintaining efficiency and compliancy in the management of the business. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Georgia State. She has worked for 25+ years in many areas of business at start-ups, large corporations, non-profits, and as a volunteer on many local boards and community organizations.
